Dear All,
I'm considering to form a company in Delaware as a non-resident (I am an EU citizen, living in the EU). As the business would be online, I intend to receive funds via PayPal for the bank account of my LLC. (This was already explained in a previous thread: here.)
My question is what if I have a US address (via an agent), the US bank account, but I opt to remain anonymous in the LLC. During the signup for a PayPal business account you require personal infos of the owner (primary contact info). Could I give my name and my phone number (but the address of the agent), without compromising my anonimity? If not, what other options do I have to link PayPal to the Delaware LLC's account?
Also, would I be eligible in this case for the lower, US rates of PayPal?
Thanks in advance!
Regards,
