Is paypal full of complete idiots?

I have sold some (for 10$) old soviet  vneshtorgbank paper money from 1979, like this

It was paid with paypal.... After this, paypal limited my account.

"PayPal's Compliance Department has reviewed your account and identified activity that may be in violation of export restrictions."

"PayPal strongly recommends that you complete the following:
 Remove all goods or services originating from Vneshtorgbank from your website."

They think i am doing some business with the russian Vneshtorgbank  😕

Paypal is ignoring me, I have sent 5+ messages and emails, no answer after 48 hours.

Did you remove the items? If not I suggest you do so immediately or you may have your account permanently linked or closed.  Get rid of the questionable items first and then follow up with a call to PayPal customer service.  This should be a high priority action to take.
