Is it possible to back to personal account from business

Hello . I updated my accout from personal to business couple days ago , because my refund stays at pending . So i updated my account because i was thinking that my payment go faster to my credit card . Now couple days later paypal want some details about my business but i don't have it . So i want to downgrade my account to personal again if it is possible , please help me because i have 6 days to get my account limited

If your refund is pending then it means that the seller has refunded you from their bank account via paypal so paypal wait for it to transfer from the sellers bank account before they credit it to you.

Not sure why upgrading your account would make it transfer any more quickly !!!

You can downgrade your paypal account but you have to contact customer services and they will do it for you.

Thank you . But it stay pending since 7-8 days . I updated my account because i don't have idea what to do anymore . I send email to paypal to downgrade my account . Now i waiting for their answer . i hope so they will downgrade my account , how long i need to wait

You need to phone them not email them.

Ouhhh . It will cost me too much ,because i'm from bosnia . Is there any other method for that .

 have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

I just sent him message . I hope so that they will read my message and fix my problem . Is ther any other way like new acc with same credit card or something else ? please help me
