I've used Paypal for my website for 12 years. Since the change to the new paypal., I cannot search invoices by Invoice ID number, even though in the payment, there is an Invoice ID. I cann't email Paypal about it as the dropdown choices are all irrelvant and I only get autobot answers that don't address the issue.
Does anyone else have this problem? Or have any idea how I fix it?
