I put in a $3.00 [shipping].

    I have set a $3.00 handling fee in the shipping space on my paypal invoice and added a note to receipient that the $3.00 is not for shipping as I offer free shipping, stating the $3.00 is for handling.  BUT I never get the $3.00.  What is the problem?

Not sure why that amount is coming thru.  Have not had that happen with any of our invoices.
