I'd like to ask you if I can receive money to my paypal account from a site where I made money. Not on my real bank account but only on paypal, since Im for Serbia and it is not supported there to withdraw money from paylpal. So can I receive money only to my paypal? Thanks in advance

At the present time residens of Serbia can only "send" money.  See the info here:
