I have been selling things on eBay for a while now and haven't had any issues with eBay and papal.
Its understandable when an item is like a laptop or tv and is over like 500 bucks there would be a payment hold I have no problem with that.
Normally all the transactions on paypal from buyers are where totally fine for the past years selling just the last few months I am selling on eBay after a buyer purchases and pays with paypal even if the item is only 10 dollars it is going on a payment hold?
I don't understand why all of a sudden this is happen all my buyers have had no issues with me and I have a 100 % rating and also I am not a newbie I have sold like 54 items on eBay
