I am selling a piece of jewelry from US to Canada, but I forgot to add the international shipping cost to the first invoice I sent. So I sent the buy a refund and a new invoice. Now the buyer contacted me saying that When she clicked on "Pay Now" button, she got this message :
Unfortunately, these items are not available. They may have been purchased already or the item listing has expired.
It's my first time selling international mail.
Should I send another invoice directly through paypal? Will I violate any protection rules?
Thank

Doing the refund messed up the process as invoice numbe has already been used, that's why the link did not work for the buyer. Instead of the refund a better option would have been to click on 'sold items' it will show you what you've sold on the next page. Find the item in question on that page, then click on the pull down menu to the right, and choose 'send a reminder invoice'. Your only option now would be to go outside the system and use PayPal"s invoice to complete the deal. As the deal thru eBay now looks cancelled, the new invoice should work OK.
