How can I use "Denied payment" that charges fees to me instead of sender paying them? Is there a setting to mark for all payments recevied or do I have to do each separately? Couldnt find any info on how to do this. Thanks in advance.

There is no setting. Its against paypal rules to ask your buyer to pay your selling fees.
You are allowed to make a small surcharge BUT not if they are ebay transactions. HOWEVER that surcharge MUST be known and agreed to by the buyer before they have to commit to buy from you.
Not sure why you would expect your buyer to pay your fees for you???
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
