You should get an email when the buyer pays.
Then check the funds are in your paypal account balance and when you want to withdraw them click on "withdraw funds" just below your balance and send them to any bank account you have linked and verified to your paypal account.
If you are a new seller you may be subject to the new seller hold (info below) its the UK one but the timings and info is the same.
Make sure you scroll right to the bottom of the page or you will miss the release criteria times.
