Held funds not released after 3 days of confirmed delivery?

I sold 2 items on Ebay to the same buyer and my funds were held because of some kind of limit on the buyer's side. Delivery was confirmed 6 days ago and the buyer even left me positive feedback and my fund are still being held. Why...? The tracking and even the proof of shipping is uploaded to the case...

There are vaious reasons the funds are held however, it's usually not a big issue.  We used to sell quite a bit on eBay, every so many sales our funds would be on hold for 3 to 4 days.  Then for the longest time, no holds.  Fast forward, we stopped selling for a while, when we started again, almost every sale was held until after we shipped the items.  Don't really know the audit pattern or the logic going on behind, just guessing as our eBay account was dormit for a while, the new activity triggered some kind of review action.  The good news is, we always received our money.

But I've been selling every month for the past 8 months now and it definitely has something to do with the buyer because the buyer told me they had some kind of limit, but not sure what they really meant because they didn't seem very fluent in English. All my payments have been instant even for the most recent transactions this month, but this one transaction is still being held for almost a week and most likely going to be over a week at this rate.

No worries, PayPal is an odd animal sometimes and our logic does not apply.
