Hi, I created a PayPal gift certificate button & my customers have bought some gift certificates. But when they go to redeem their gc, there is no link/button/box to input the redemption code. I've tried it myself to no avail. They are aware they need to create a PayPal account so that's not the issue. Any ideas?? Thanks!
