On the 30th of January, I sold an Xbox One 1TB Bundle with two controllers and three games. (An attachment of the listing will be included.) I sold it to user alber_dougl (Now Volkswagenlover2016). He pais the full 330$. I ship the system out with Priority-Mail 2 Day with insurance. The item was delivered on the 3rd. I get a message from the buyer at 2:51 PM the same day asking me why I charged him 30$ for shipping when the box stated I only paid 15.90$ I told him I would reimburse the other 15$ when I get back from my part time job (all these interactions will be avaiable to see in the attachments area) Then, at 5:08 PM he messages me "So we also have another problem I bought this because it stated that it was a one TB console it is only 500 gigabytes what are you going to do about this" A full two and a half hours later after telling me why I charged such for shipping. This is where I knew I was going to get scammed. I have the original box and receipts proving the system to be a 1TB console (those images will also be available in the attachments to view) He then asked for a partial refund and I told him no because he was lying to get some money back. He then escalates the case to a return. I didn't want him to be able to return the system but I had no choice but to accept because it was set as an account preference to automatically accept returns. He ships the system out to me and uploads tracking.

Almost a week and a half goes by and I still haven't gotten anything back from him. Then on the 16th, he escalates the case with eBay and they refund him and leave me in the dirt. I've contacted eBay twice and got two answers. One representative told me that I was going to get my money back and that the negative feedback the buyer left will be deleted. I call back five days later after that call and I get told that I lost because I uploaded a "fake return address" Which is ridiculous because if that were the case then how did he get the Xbox to begin with and eBay doesn't let you save fake addresses on your account, theyll tell you that the address is invalid and re enter it again. I then tried to dispute this on PayPal and every time I try to dispute transaction 6G874080Y5598791H it tells me that the transaction ID is invalid. I need someone from PayPal to manually open a dispute so that I can prove that I was cheated out of my money and prove that the buyer did infact receive what was advertised.

P.S. I've tried asking him multiple times why he thinks he has received a 500GB system and all he ever responded with was "Have a nice day!!!" (That message will also be attached as well) Also the Xbox One was purchased with my old student account on the 30th of August 2015, that is my proof of ownership of the 1TB system, the thing the seller claimed I never had.

I need the assistance of a PayPal employee to help manually dispute transaction ID  6G874080Y5598791H

That man does not deserve a refund of any sort because he is a liar.

I called them and they told me, since eBay has already made a ruling for this case, I cannot do anything.

I just got scammed out of an Xbox One and a couple of controllers and games.
