Delivered packages still showing shipped

I searched and couldn't find this topic anywhere.

I have three separate packages that have been delivered more than 5 days ago, yet PayPal is still showing as Shipped and Track. When you click on that, it shows they were delivered. Why has the status not updated yet? I was told my funds would be available three days after delivery but they are still being held as the Status hasn't changed. I need my funds please.

Suggest contacting customer support for assistance as they can look at your account to see what's going on.

I wasn't sure if enough time had passed between delivery and the status not being changed. I will call them today. Thank you for your quick response.👏
