I'm new to selling through Paypal. I sold some items, and received payment. I mailed the items through USPS, just bulk mailing -- in other words, I didn't get a tracking number. The buyer confirmed through email that she received the package. My account shows the item still active. How do I clear this out? Or is it something I don't need to worry about? Thanks.
