Can I have 2 Accounts with 2 different cards?

Good day, I have been using paypal for some time, recently I have opened a new account in bank so I have two accounts = 2 credit cards. My question is if it is not against rules to open second account with second credit card ? So the second account would be on my name , different email adress and different credit card. 

In the end I would have 2 accounts linked to 2 different credit cards. Is that alright ?

You are only allowed x2 paypal accounts IF x1 is personal and the other x1 is business.

You can have several cards linked to x1 account and the same with bank accounts.

You can have 8 email addresses linked to x1 paypal account so that could be 8 ebay i.d.'s
