Anyone else having trouble with paypal shipping?

I'm trying to ship items and when I enter the address and try to purchase it comes up with internal error.  Its been happening all day now.  I have work I need to get done anyone have a solution?

Your payment for shipping cannot be processed because it exceeds your available balance. Please add a credit card or bank to your account for completing this label purchase. ERRORCODE-50023

I Have a bank and credit on file and my balanced definitely has more than naught to pay for shipping label

it Worked for me after few logouts yesterday. now its not working again. BETA? more like ALPHA

I am having the exact same issue. mos keeps saying internal error when launched. it started around midnight and has been doing this all day. I have a lot of shipments scheduled to go out today and i really starting to get **bleep** as I cant get a straight answer from pp support either.
