Adding Maestro card on Paypal?

Greetings,
I've been trying to add and confirm my Maestro card on Paypal, however there doesn't seem to be any Maestro options. But when I was looking through forums I saw few of Maestrooptions, but that was like in 2011-2012. Maestro seems not to appear as a choice for me. So I'm here to ask if there's an option for me to get Maestro work with Paypal. Such asDeposit/Withdraw and Payments on different websites through Paypal..

Do you have a UK or US Account as different card types and option are provided for different countries.  Maestro is not an option for US Accounts.  See this link to find out what cards are accepted with the various countries.

I'm from Czech Republic (Middle Europe). I have Maestro card - I can pay with it on whole world, I can pay with it on Internet, ...

Why can I not use it for payment via PP ?

Why users from neighboring Poland can ?

I don't understand it. I have specially request Maestro from my Bank. Not embossed (== less secure) MC debit.

And now I can't add my Maestro to PP account ?

Maestro cards are, in our country at least, usable for internet payments from 3/2011. It is 2 yearsd ago!
