Hi, ive placed an order online on tobydealsuk last december 15 2019. Its supposed to be a christmas gift for my special friend. I just received the item ive ordered yesterday which is the 6th of January 2020. Everything is delayed and cost me money for internet, transportation just to update them whats going on. They told me that the reason behind it is they dont have any stock which they didnt told me either in the website that the item ive ordered is out of stock. As businesses, they should update their customers if thats the case. They didnt told me unless i keep on asking them about it. They offered me $10 for a partial refund. I just want to know if we got a law in australia regarding delayed items. Please help. And if i can get further partial refund as $10 isnt enough. Thanks
