Hello together, could someone please tell me what to do? My problem is that I would like to buy a shopify theme and when I try to accept the payment the site is reloading and nothing really happens. Shopify told me that I have to contact PayPal with my problem because: "I've checked with our billing team and it appears that the payments seem to be failing, with an error message indicating "please contact PayPal to resolve this issue on our end" Shopify, today. The shopify costs I am always paying with my pp account without any problems. I have tried other browsers of course without success. Does PayPal have any standard limits in the settings?
