RESOLUTION for me I reported to Paypal that I did not receive what I paid for & attached my email discussion with Annie Cloth to the complaint. Since I had asked for delivery information in my email & they responded with none, then different lengths of time, it was clear they were deceptive. I messaged with Annie Cloth on the PP site, then reported it to my credit card. PP & Capital One discussed it and my CC was credited, PP complaint closed. I really wish I saw this thread before I ordered from Annie Cloth. Feeling a bit foolish about this order. Especially since it all hasn't arrived yet.   They did get 1 of 2 packages to me. They responded to my emails asking where items were. Well, one response was to a different customer for a different order - not sure what that was about- it was NOT reassuring at all. Glad I used PP instead of my direct CC#.   It's been over 30 days and my second item has not arrived, they estimated 10-20 days. I emailed and asked for a refund. I'm going to report it on the .gov website contributed above.  I'm not sure if PP's policy can help at all.   Would it be Paypal or my credit card that could help, if they can help? ... View more
