Ebay doesnt provide an email anymore, nor any kind of contact between buyer and seller. And now paypal doesnt provide an email within the transaction. I miscalculated postage -- I put in 4 ounces into the listing and not 4 lbs. I messaged buyer with apologies and asked if he would pay the extra funds or if he wanted me to cancel the transaction. He totally understood my dilemma and agreed to pay the extra funds. But now I cannot invoice him via EBay, nor make a request via Paypal. It says type in a name, an email, or mobile number, but it ignores when I type in his name, be it his real name or his eBay name. So I copied the email address on messages sent to my home mail inbox: ending with atsign members.ebay.com.... Will he get the request? Is there a way to do this? Any help appreciated.
