Thanks- I really don’t why PayPal cannot understand that it is bogus and it is a way for the company to keep the money- the ad was on Facebook- I have seen at least 10 other people with similar complaints- I also contacted FB ... View more

Paypal not understanding

I put in a request for resolution and Paypal contacted the seller and they responded but only partially.  The issue is I received dresses and requested a return and refund - which the company said they offered.  I contacted the company and never received a response.  They had a time limit on the return - 22 days.  Paypal responded and contacted the seller - the seller did respond but only said the package could be sent back by freightliner.  I contacted freightliner companies - and both stated they could not take the package to China and if they could - it would take longer than 22 days to get them there.  I tried to send them back via Fed-ex and there was no postal code for fed-ex to deliver.  Tried emailing the seller again and no response- spoke to Paypal again and they contacted the seller and they responded with postal code - but now the 22 days is up and it still says that I must send by freightliner to China. I waited on the phone and finally spoke to a customer service person and she told me that they refunded my money but I got an email stating that they were taking back the refund because the seller responded - the seller responded but there is no way on sending this stuff back.  Paypal is not understanding that I can't return this for a refund from the company.  I don't know what to do - they closed the case and I can't even put in an appeal and when I talked to customer service - they said to put in an appeal which I did and they continued to deny it and side with the seller. ...
