The seller messaged not long after saying how he was told it sounds suspicious and that he will wait for the funds to be released. He also is sending me a new item in replace for the one that has a crack in it free of charge. The seller seems to be extremely understanding and wanting to please his buyers but I never heard of the limitations and holds before. Thank you for your response. I appreciate understanding a bit more about this situation in case it ever happens again.
