Hello I issued a refund for the total amount of the buyers purchase $320 in error, I should have refunded only $30 as we agreed, contacted pay pal, whose representatives in the Phillipines, told me there is no way to fix this transaction, to contact the buyer and have him repay you, I then called the bank and issued a stop payment on the electronic transfer. What is going to happen to my account when the transaction rejects. It is not totally my fault, the pay pal system automatically fills in the total amount of the transaction, then you have to go back and edit the amount, I told them they should change the system and leave the amount blank, so the seller can fill it in, especially since there is no way to reverse the transaction, once you hit send, I know filling in the amount is going to cause problems, and what if the buyer doesnt want to refund the amount, this is unacceptable, and cost me another $31 for a stop payment to my bank.
