Hello, I am in an unbreakable verification deadlock. Here's what happened: - got locked for the first time - use "Confirm your information" form to send needed documents - got unlocked - weeks pass - get locked again - Paypal again requests "more information" - I click "Resolve" to access the form I used previously - I am instantly redirected to "We'll get back to you" message I can't reach PayPal through email, everything is ignored. I tried sending documents through Help Center form (as suggested by calling help center), but after 2 weeks there is no change. I think I am in some sort of deadlock. My account got locked but the verification form was not reset and I can't use it again. Is there any way I can reach PayPal to resolve this? It's been over 5 weeks now. I do have all documents needed but they won't accept them if I don't use the standard verification form which is blocked for me. This is horrible. Please help me.
