I am just simple buyer. I already had bad experience with PayPal and I lost 75$ as they double exchanged currency of my USD card to USD buyer. So my charge back was fourth time charged on exchange. PayPal called it a glitch. Once I asked for return, they called it feature. WTF. But now got even more frustrating case: I bought some fancy product - simple projector (45$) with 2 small plastic disc (worth maybe 0,5$). Seller send me discs only. And they even didn't have that option in the shop, so it's clearly scam. Wrote to them. They offered 50% money back or send that garbage back. I checked their FB advertisings and hundreds of people were scammed that way. OK - that's happens. I send information about it to PayPal. But they said that they don't care and I have to send "product" to the seller. OK, I did. I filled all data in the PayPal case, provided the tracking number they requested. I even added extra pictures from post office, bill, envelope, product inside. Waiting. Today I got information from PayPal: We reviewed the claim(s) you filed on 16 December 2019. Unfortunately, we had to deny your claim(s). The decision was made because you did not provide the tracking details we requested. We're sorry for any problems you may have experienced with the transaction(s). I though that only Sellers are robbed by PayPal, so as big seller I always avoid Paypal, and I was happy about that. But this is something new. Is it normal for PayPal to do that? Probably I am gonna start to look for lawyers as I am really annoyed and DISGUSTED with that customer policies.
