On December 7th, I bought a used Apple Pencil on depop. Expecting it to arrive the following week, it didn’t. So on December 15th, I opened a dispute. The following day the seller finally contacted me back, saying she’ll drop it off that afternoon. So I closed the dispute, thinking I was going to get the pencil. I never got tracking information. When you ship something on Monday with usps it arrives Wednesday/Thursday. It didn’t arrive. So I tried contacting her asking for a refund, no response. And I can’t open another dispute.
