@ELJohnson Your best bet is to wait for the item to arrive and then file for item received but not as described...........if it is as that is your only option. If you file for non receipt then you would lose if the seller provided a tracking number. If you win a dispute for ''not as described'' then you may well have to return the item first so make sure you have activated the ''return shipping on us'' option if its available in your country.
