A seller from China posted a wrong item to me. I purchased a $50 USD phone projector and they sent me a children’s disposable camera. I filed a dispute and the seller agreed to a refund if I post the disposable camera back to them. However they have given me a week to post the item back. Standard post alone from Australia will cost me $15 and that cost only increases when I add express shipping. The seller also sent a address written completely in Chinese characters. Also I cannot reply to my open case on PayPal with the same. I don’t know what to do.
