Long story short - deals too good to be true usually are. I will never use SaleOff again and recommend others to avoid making any purchases with the site. I ordered three boxes of protein bars from the SaleOff site because they were the cheapest prices for the particular kind that I prefer. Only after I made my order did I check that other people had to say about using the site and was pretty horrified to see all the trouble people had with their orders from this site. Without anything to do really I hoped for the best but was ready for the worst. My bars arrived but the order was short one box - I had ordered three but only two arrived. I emailed the site asking them either to send the additional box or reimburse me for the price of the box. I received a reply asking me to send photos of the products I had received and to detail what the problem was. But before I could reply to them I saw a second email from the site saying they had refunded me for the cost of one box. The refund has shown up on Paypal but I'll be keeping an eye out to make sure it's credited back to my card. I feel like a dodged a bullet here but am still considering cancelling my credit card for fear of what this site may do with it.
