hello my name is Rahuram <removed> from paris ,france .Today morning at 09h48 i received two money transfers each amounting +0,03 euros randomly . i never created or had any paypal accounts before or linked my bank account to a paypal account . even now i created this account for the sake of contacting customer care service . i searched internet and came to know that its a confirmation money transfer from paypal and it will be sent if anyone had linked their bank account for paypal and those amounts acts as a password or something. is it possible that someone linked my bank card info with a different email without my knowledge?
