Hi @Fanden. At first, what I did was message them on Facebook and sent them emails every other day. I advise you to keep disturbing them. Hi @katcampos and everyone here. Yes, please do use G cash and carefully follow the steps. The first of all steps would require you to convert currency and then it should reflect on your G cash app when your PayPal account is linked to that. My update is that I was able to get my funds back after checking my PayPal account just a while ago. A few days back, I've been pestering them with emails telling them stuff like "I got a family too... It's the Christmas season..." and all that. Perhaps, that's one suggestion I can give. Seems like some here were able to get their funds back too. I am happy for you... To some that haven't, always have faith in this. Hi all. Still no updates on my funds too. That was actually my first pay since I just started this new job. Now, I recently got my second compensation. Even with entering the right details this time, I didn’t bother to risk transferring the funds. Plus, I don’t want to wait on those clearing days. What I did was I withdrew using G Cash since I linked it to my PayPal. I got the money in an instant also without paying a 50php fee. @katcampos, Right, I understand. I think that the application requires some tweaking. Plus, it's no joke since we are talking about money. They should really treat us serious than just simply tell us to wait 14 business days. I mean truth be told, I am already scared of making further transactions. LOL! So far, I never had issues with paying through PayPal. It's getting the money that's tough. I've placed my account number this time and it would be weird if nothing comes through again.  ... @katcampos, I do have a question though. After putting my bank account number, it says that it's "checking" when in reality what I have is a "savings" account. Does this matter? Hi there everyone. I too am experiencing the same problem. Carelessly, I placed my debit card number instead of the "actual" account number. I made the transfer on the 5th of this month (December) from PayPal to my "bank account" and I'm still waiting for the funds to bounce back hopefully sooner than 14 business days, just as PayPal advised. Last weekend, I called my bank to see what's up. Unfortunately, from their end, there was no such transaction being made like it does not exist at all. They advised me to go and check with PayPal, so which means me coming back to them again for assistance. We all know that can be bothersome especially when it comes to our money. However, I am being optimistic as I also have this little spark of hope in me that our funds will come through soon since PayPal assured me multiple times not to worry and that my money is secured. But if the money doesn't come after 14 business days, then they will begin to track everything down. It's funny because it's the Christmas season and you know how it is... I just wish everyone who is in the same situation all the best and just keep your hopes up. I hope this will pass for all of us and we won't go through this problem anymore.
