I made a booking with VRBO and cancelled. $258 came out of my bank account and only $71 refunded! PayPal is about to take the second payment of the “pay in 4” plan in two days! What is going on here? I filed a claim and PayPal just sends me into a robo spin and won’t let me speak to anyone or resolve this before the next payment is taken out. Help!
