I ordered 2 EI watches and Pay Pal refused to refund me my money. Even knowing that the company is fraud and the web site / Emails account are no longer exists. I will to talk to the consumer office in the ministry and file a complaint against Pay pal in the first place. They claim we are protected, facts??? fraudulent protecting a fellow fraudulent!!!!
