It is not only in Australia. It is also here in the US. I filed a dispute on November 21st and the only thingI have received is instructions to return the "handmade king size quilt " back to the company in HK. However, I have to send them tracking info. When i went to the post office to try and do this, I was told anything going outside of the US has to go through customs and can't be tracked from there on. So it is impossible to do. When I have tried to contact paypal concerning this I get no response. So not only will I be out the $99.90 but I will also be out the amount of postage which they said would be well over $55. I did not use a credit card to pay, I used my PayPal credit account. Not sure if this is better or worse. Any thoughts on what I should do?
