so i bought something off ebay and no longer need it.I contacted the seller.Seller is still waiting on the item to come in from china.So i asked him can i get a refund he said no.I contacted ebay and they told me to open a disbute on paypal but the problem is i did not use my paypal account.I was not signed in at the time.I payed by debit card.So i was wondering how can i open a case against the seller if i dont have the transaction on paypal since it was not used
