I paid for an item as a “guest” and as such it doesn’t appear in my transaction history. The vendor says they’ve canceled the order, so I’ve not received my goods, however the money’s not been returned to my bank account. The vendor is adamant they have not received payment. As the transaction isn’t linked to my account I can’t open a case in the resolution centre. I’ve used the “chat” system and my conversations keep getting closed without a resolution. I’ve emailed PayPal to no avail. I’ve called PayPal and they’ve told me the transaction was completed. But I still can’t raise a case in the resolution centre. Can someone tell me how to resolve this?
