My Paypal was hacked 11/29 9:22 pm with a fraudalent charge. I filed a dispute and Paypal has denied the case. I've filed a police report and notified my bank, but I'm still on the hook for losing my Paypal balance. Who can I actually talk to? The chat AI can't help me, just tells me to go to the resolution center. We're talking big money.
