it could be a scam. never transact outside ebay, it's against the policy. make sure that the payment is posted on your paypal account before you ship out the item

if the transaction is not showing on your paypal account, the email that you received might be a fake

you might want to just create a new button. You could do that under Merchat Services. While creating the button, check out the section where it says Customize button. There's a link in there that says Customize appearance. You'll need a link to insert the button image.

paypal debit cards are mainly offered to US account holders. i think only a few canadian accounts are being allowed to apply for the debit card

you could file a dispute on paypal for item not received. you'll get a refund from paypal if the seller was not able to provide a proof that he sent the package to you.

it usually takes up to 24 hours for funds to be released on paypal after the buyer left a feedback on ebay. if you want it to be released immediately, call paypal. if your balance is pending because of an open dispute, ask the buyer to close the dispute.

got confused there.. haha. go to the history tab. choose on download history. you'll see a File Type drop down menu. One of the options in there would be Subscriptions. I think that's the only way you could see that list. hope this helps

you'll need to contact the seller/vendor to cancel the payment and get a refund. the funds would be returned on the ebay card

have you updated you credit card or bank account information on paypal? maybe that's why it's being denied.
