Hey all, a little frustrated here. I purchased a projector from a company online. I purchased the upgraded projector that says it uses HDMI, I received the projector and it has NO HDMI. On their website it says that if it’s their fault they will cover return shipping, I submitted the evidence with screenshots and website and highlighted where it states everything. Filed a dispute through PayPal and the seller is requesting for me to return the item (which I’m ok with) but they requested a specific company and the cost I was given was 90$ , so more than the 30$ PayPal will cover. I called PayPal and they told me there is nothing they can do even though I’m not in the wrong but since they want their product back to issue a refund I need to either take the hit or go through my credit card company...... since I have all the evidence that shows I’m not wrong and PayPal won’t help, what was the point in using PayPal?
