I recently made a purchase from TIPETAPECO which was a bad idea. I at least received a product but it wasn't what was advertised. The website has no return address listed in their return policy so I emailed them (and changed my email password afterwards just in case) and filed a claim with PayPal instead. Is there anything else I need to do to try and get a refund?
