I did. They Closed the case saying they had heard from the supplier. And that because the buyer disputed my claim. They closed the case. It seems I can't get anywhere with both of these items. I thought that was what buyer protection was there for. If I had gone through eBay for these items. I would've been refunded for both. To be honest with you. I opened a dispute with PayPal. Even escalated it. Then PayPal Closed it saying the seller had provided tracking information. Yet it still hasn't been delivered. I asked the seller for a refund. They've refused. Saying as far as they're concerned it has been delivered. They said they could re send it to me. But if the first one didn't turn up. How can they guarantee that the next one will.
