To simply show that a user is making purchases for other people and then making claims for non receipt of item. Based on my dealings with Freddy this is supicious and if this is happening on a regular basis it could possibly be criminal activity I would think Paypal would want to know about it and investigate it.  So since you're an advisor, is there a way to make a report?      ... I disagree. Freddy wanted a refund before shipipng his item back to me. I can't do that. Before Freddy gave me a negative he made threats that he would get his money back. The fact that the other users purchase was made immediatelty after Freddy gave a negative, and that Freddy paid for his item is, plus starting the Item not Received through Paypal and not through the usual way through ebay which shows the person who Paid (Freddy) started the claim and not the ebay user. All to big of a coincidence. Listing stated First Class International so he knew he could get me. I know First Class international tacking is not available in some countries and I take a chance there but I have had very good success with it so far and very rarely have an issue. It's very easy to be malicious if you want to. I'd like to report it anyway just in case there are other issue with this person I may not know about. If he's done it to me he'll do it to others. When you listed your item, did you put your paypal address as one of the ways you accept payment? If so he does't need your info. He can just pay through ebay checkout and it goes into your account. ... View more
