I just encountered this problem last week and I already emailed customer support luckily they gave me instructions on how to re-add my bank account but my biggest problem is that I can't find the link to "Wallet" even if I go to settings on adding bank I can't even find what they're saying a "Select my bank account from the common list or click I have a different bank" the exact instructions goes like this Here's how to add a bank account to your paypal account: 1. Click Wallet near the top of the page. (no icon for the wallet not even a link) 2. Click Link a bank account ( I have tried clicking everywhere that says link a bank account) 3. Select your bank account from the common list or click I have a different bank. (can't find where this is it just says link a new bank account) 4. Follow the on-screen instructions to add your bank. can anyone help please? It's very frustrating finding an answer to this problem. I followed the instructions but can't find what they are talking about so how can I follow these steps?
