To give you a brief synopsis: I only received two of four shirts from Annie's. Paypal refused to reimbursement for the unreceived items. This company sells clothes that are sub-par at prices more than Walmart, which has better quality clothes. This company doesn't tell you, but it is from China so the sizes are about 5-6 too small. This company has 96% poor rating on line with over 700 reviews. Your bill will not say this company but another company. I sent PAYPAL my order invoice, the shipping invoice, and the envelope where the items were shipped from, Annie's Clothing which had a KY address. I send emails from Annie's who finally admitted they did not send all the items. PAYPAL insists I send all items back to China for a full refund. Cost to China for $60 in items is over $90 and that is if they fit in a medium flat rate box. I only want paid for the items I did not receive. I have told this to PAYPAL over two dozen times. Yet, Paypal will not reimburse me for the items I didn't receive. Paypal sends can responds, send all back for a full refund. They do not read my emails. I will not pay over $90 to send back $60 in items. I have talked to four agents on the phone and also emails them, besides their online message services. It has been almost two months since I order. The clothes I received are all of poor quality. I have not received any money for clothes not received. I am willing to bit the bullet and not be reimbursed for the clothes I received and won't send back. I won't send them back because I would be out $90 more dollars. But, why doesn't Paypal reimburse for non-receipt of the two shirts I didn't receive? I am going to write to PAYPAL HQ. However, I am beginning to think PAYPAL outsources to a foreign company and that action results in poor service for such a simple problem. Also, I have wasted hours on this issues for $26, all for the principle. I am beginning to think PAYPAL will be subjected to a class action suit if they continued to response non-receptively. If you do not receive items, you should not have to pay for the items not received. You should not have to send all items back to receive a refund for items not received. Has anyone else had this problem? Poor customer service from PAYPAL. Non-reimbursements of items not received. Annie's clothing. Annie clothing. Cheap clothing. False advertising.
