Yes, do not use a debit card.  You will never get your money back if you use a bank debit card.  I used a bank debit card.  After months of fighting with Annie's, Paypal gave me my money back.  The most important thing you can do is film the package and what was in it.  The next is don't wait, complain asap because PAYPAL has time limits.  I agreed don't buy from Chinese companies.  But, I didn't even know they were a Chinese company because they  had an address in KY.  Only when I received that items did I see they came from to China.  I was lucky Paypal gave me back all of my money.  But, I was persistent.  Funny, Annie learned I received a refund.  They wanted paid for the two shirts that fell apart.  I said, "Oh, I sent you a check to the address where you told me to return those two shirts that fell apart."  They said cancel that check and pay us now via Paypal.  You can't return the 2 of 4 shirts received because it is over 30 days." Never mind I complained day 1 from receipt.  I already knew the address for returns was not valid as several people said you will return those shirts to that address at a cost more than the shirts and you will loose the shirts and your postage.  That is what Annie does.  I, to have a clear conscious, sent those rags to KY and from the China address, COD, shipping to be paid by receiver.  Who knows where they ended up? ... To give you a brief synopsis: I only received two of four shirts from Annie's.   Paypal refused to reimbursement for the unreceived items.  This company sells clothes that are sub-par at prices more than Walmart, which has better quality clothes.  This company doesn't tell you, but it is from China so the sizes are about 5-6 too small.  This company has 96% poor rating on line with over 700 reviews.  Your bill will not say this company but another company.      I sent PAYPAL  my order invoice, the shipping invoice, and the envelope where the items were shipped from, Annie's Clothing which had a KY address.   I send emails from Annie's who finally admitted they did not send all the items.  PAYPAL insists I send all items back to China for a full refund.  Cost to China for $60 in items is over $90 and that is if they fit in a medium flat rate box.  I only want paid for the items I did not receive.  I have told this to PAYPAL over two dozen times.  Yet, Paypal will not reimburse me for the items I didn't receive.  Paypal sends can responds, send all back for a full refund.  They do not read my emails.  I will not pay over $90 to send back $60 in items.  I have talked to four agents on the phone and also emails them, besides their online message services.  It has been almost two months since I order.  The clothes I received are all of poor quality.  I have not received any money for clothes not received.  I am willing to bit the bullet and not be reimbursed for the clothes I received and won't send back.  I won't send them back because I would be out $90 more dollars.  But, why doesn't Paypal reimburse for non-receipt of the two shirts I didn't receive?  I am going to write to PAYPAL HQ.  However, I am beginning to think PAYPAL outsources to a foreign company and that action results in poor service for such a simple problem.  Also, I have wasted hours on this issues for $26, all for the principle.  I am beginning to think PAYPAL will be subjected to a class action suit if they continued to response non-receptively.  If you do not receive items, you should not have to pay for the items not received.  You should not have to send all items back to receive a refund for items not received.  Has anyone else had this problem?   Poor customer service from PAYPAL. Why does Paypal allow payment to this Annie's Clothes which operates  out China but leads a buyer to believe they are a US site?  The tracking numbers don't work.  Go to TrustPIlot. com and Annie's has a -96% rating.  Go to any site that rates Annie's or any name found on your bill and over 90%  of buyers have a bad experience from them.  They are not one time bad sellers.  They only post the positive ratings on their site which is even more misleading. ... I agree.  Deceptive seller.   Buyer must pay all returned shipping.  If you send without their label back to them, they say the package will not be accepted and will denied acceptance even if sent with tracking, which ends after exiting country.  If you buy something, you can't return it without paying an large fee.  ... YES, I talked to a message that popped up.  They said US store and US sizes.  Said Annie's.  Then I see on my bank statement items where from China.  I am very upset when my bank statement said order was from China.  Items from China are not the same size as US sizes.  If you are a 6 in US, you are a 14 in China.  This Confidence&Collaboration fashion studio.com is deceptive and not even what I ordered from.  Not true.  I haven't even received anything from this site. ...
