dear sir/Madam, I had paid for four applicants by using pay pal for Indian E-visa payment. But payment of Kenya shilling 4408 has gone five times from paypal. I have confirmed with my Bank that 5 times payment has been deducted. I have also called to Indian E-visa call center, They have confirmed one payment failed and one they have received.
