I am trying to purchase an item from the steam store using my paypal account which does not have a credit card connected with it. The money in it was a gift from a family member, when I try to make the purchase I get this error: "Your billing address doesn’t look like it matches up with your current country." I am dumb as hell and i have no idea what a billing address even is, I live in Palestine but paypal unlike steam doesn't have Palestine so it went with Israel, is that the reason this is happening? if it's not how can i get around this error.
