Hi, I also experienced that last year. It took about a month for me to get mine(exclude sat/sun). For some it will take just a couple of days( so u have to wait and check ur acct within the week). Maybe it depends on the bank linked(not sure) . But i will share u what I did: I first went to Paypal facebook acct for my country which is paypal ph (i think). Then i posted a comment on their recent post to get their attention. I told them that i need to talk to csr pls🙏. Then they replied that a csr will msg me shortly. And they did. They asked about my dilemma. They ask me to wait for a month (exclude sat and sun)and if it’ll not reflect, I have to message them back. I did and they sent an email to their main office i believe. Then I received a message on my paypal account about my issue and they investigated. Found that it really didnt went thru due to some error. After a few days, money reflected on my paypal acct. ☺️. No need to call paypal hotline and spend. Just try messaging them first on their post on fb. Don’t msg directly because it’ll be auto reply. U must comment on their recent post first. Then reply when they msg u.
