Hello, Yesterday I got an email saying my account could not be used anymore as they discovered my account was made 4 months before I turned 18 (9 years ago). I was told I could withdraw all the money on my account and would have to make a new paypal accouny with a different email adres, i can use the same bank details but first had to delete them from my old account. So I did all of that and now when I try to add my bank details on my new account it says those details have been used already... What should I do? Thanks for any help
